Installation of the pumping system in the Jacuzzis
Once your jacuzzi is fully inflated, you must connect the pump . This will circulate the water, filtering it, heating it, etc. Therefore, one input and one output must be connected. To do it without error, read the installation manual carefully .
To enjoy totally watertight connections , make sure that the different gaskets are properly positioned and firmly tighten the threaded fittings of each tube (inlet and outlet) with your hand (without tools).
Some Jacuzzis are equipped with a filter in the bottom outlet valve . Connect it by screwing it firmly with your hand (inside the tub).
Your pumping system is already installed. Before filling, check that the drain plug is closed .
Using an irrigation hose, fill your jacuzzi to the maximum level indicated. As you fill it, check that the structure stays well extended and rigid .
The filling will depend on the flow and the capacity of the bathtub. Let's be pacient!
Temperature Pumping devices usually offer several types of water temperature adjustments . They can be pre-set adjustments, which depending on your choice translate into a certain temperature and a massage and filtering cycle ; Or, in the case of the most efficient systems, you have the possibility to adjust the desired temperature in a personal way . Here are some tips to help you with your settings: never exceed 40 ° C; for short sessions (about ten minutes), the ideal temperature is between 37 and 40 ° C (for adults); in the case of prolonged sessions, the appropriate temperature for children or for pregnant women would range between 32 and 35 ° C. Some models of Jacuzzi are equipped with a heating canvas that is placed on the surface of the bathtub to isolate the water from the ambient air. This allows to reach more quickly the desired temperature before using the bathtub.
Type of massage and / or bubble generation
Most inflatable hot tubs only offer one type of bubble generation by the pumping group and therefore use the same output as the heating or filtering function.
Certain models of very high range have, however, several massage modes since their pumping system is multi-outlet. On the other hand, practically all of the pumping groups are preprogrammedto stop the generation of bubbles and to pass to filtering mode in a period of between 15 and 30 minutes . This not only allows water to be regenerated, but also to compensate for the loss of temperature with respect to the initial setting.
Water treatment You should know that a body of water stored outdoors and exposed to daylight is susceptible to alterations (formation of scale, development of bacteria or algae, etc.). So, you have to treat the water in your jacuzzi . To do this, it is usual to use chemical products, but also ultraviolet radiation, in which case you will need to add a complementary system. In addition to the regular filtering ensured by the pumping group , the water treatment is essential to conserve a clean and good quality water.
